Finalists will be announced on 20th July. Shortlisted participants are required to submit their final presentations and project materials. Final round fee: ₹100 per person.

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited.
Poster size will be A2 (420 mm × 594 mm).
Time limit for presentations will be notified later.
Decision of the evaluation committee will be final and binding.
Detailed guidelines will be shared after registration.
Accommodation will be provided to participants traveling from locations > 250 km away from VGEC. No extra charge for accommodating.
Accommodations will be provided from 31st July (8:00 P.M.) to 2nd August (10:00 A.M.). Accommodation stay is completely FREE for all participants.
Final Registration Fee (Without Accommodation): ₹100.
